I've heard rumors that you only need removers if you want to keep the CC in question, and that you're able to override and "delete" the current one with a new one without a remover. I feel like the Code:Glitter and Code:Focus were supposed to help Quick servants by helping them generate stars with the Quick cards but get the crits on the Arts and Buster where is matters more. A majority of Buster servants have low Buster hit counts (Raikou come to mind), compared to their others. So while I will say it does buff the one's that have those, the amount of Quick Servants that benefit are much much greater. I will say Gilgamesh just got even better at sustaining his own star usage though.

I consider those two codes to be the most powerful buff that the game could give Quick without re-writing them completely.

The glitter one is definitely the best one so far though. I really want to get one and test out on Jack how much difference it actually makes, but the rates for getting them are shit. Again I said majority. Their Buster hits being lower than anything else in their kit. You can see this philosophy all the way to Napoleon who only has a 1 hit buster count, and funny you should mention Cu Alter I've read he can barely get two stars out of his Buster after adding the Glitter. Makes sense considering all it would do is increase Buster's innate 10%-20% chance to drop per a hit to 30% to 40% chance to drop per a hit before any other factors.

Actually I just did the math to check. So before I go any further, in case you didn't know the way star gen works. Every 100% is a guaranteed one star from the hit, up to 300% which is maximum. If you get something like 150% star gen, that means you are guaranteed at least 1 star per hit and a 50% chance to get a second star per hit. For the base star gen rates of Quick Cards, you have 80%, 130%, and 180% depending on slot in the order the card is. This means that by attaching a Code:Glitter. You raise them to 100%, 150% and 200% respectively. This means that for quick cards, it changes the chance to get a critical star into a ''guarantee" to get a star per a hit for a Quick Card in Slot 1 and 3 respectively. Which compared to the Crit cards I've already mention, is actually a far better buff that isn't obvious at first glance.

I'm not saying this will make Quick Teams tier 1 or anything just the buffs to Quick cards using the star gen cards is much better than the buff to Buster's the do the same. I feel like critical damage increase (even though meager) is a far better use for those Buster cards.

Nasu has generally given Morgan Le Fay as the daughter of Uther Pendragon, and that's not until a few centuries after Caesar was put in the grave. She became a lake fairy as a result of her descent into bitch queen of the Birtish Isles. Medb is also associated with the fae (Queen Mab) but even she's off by a good while in her Fate rendition. Vivenne (the Lady of the Lake) is probably still on the table, though. Or perhaps one of Morgana's ancestors. Extra uses a glorified rock-paper-scissors mechanic for game-play. You have to learn the patter and plug it in for each trash mob, and will have to kill a lot of trash mobs to keep your level on par with the bosses. The selling point is the story, which you can honestly just get from YouTube videos rather than enduring the game. It's pretty good. The only point of mechanical depth is the bosses - each boss Servant has an Information Matrix you want to fill in to get complete information. If you fight them without it, you have about a 50/50 chance at best - much lower, actually, since the enemies have their Noble Phantasm and a much higher HP total, while you won't get your NP until much later in the game. With the Matrix filled out, you know about half of what your enemies moves are going to be, and when they'll use their NP, so you can plan accordingly and not get wrecked. CCC is a pseudo-sequel (midquel?) that has no translations, but from what we know, is one of the wackier things by far in the Nasuverse.

Extella is a not-very-good musou with a poor story. If you're a secondary Nerofag - don't be this - you might like it. But even Nerofags who picked her up from the original Extra tend to hate when Extella did with her, and nobody else could possibly find the story anything better than drivel. I haven't played Extella Link yet, but it's apparently considerably better than Extella in terms of story, even if the gameplay doesn't really play. The only real reason to play Extella is if you want to play a musou with Fate characters. It's also worth noting that while Extella's main story is pretty trash, a lot of the side stories range from amusing to actually well handled, so it's not completely hopeless.

Is it possible for Shirou or Archer to Project Rule Breaker? If so, could it in theory be used to cut Sakura's connections to the Crest Worms/the Shadow?

RAW, Rule Breaker would break the contract between Saber Alter and Sakura, but it wouldn't undo her condition. In theory, Shirou could project Rule Breaker one last time on Sakura, and Alter could nuke the Grail while they ran out. In practice, though, I vaguely recall Saber dying being part of what let Rin beat Sakura. Plus HP=MP, so post-battle Alter would have been at 0 of each, so getting that Excaliblast off would be a stretch. Well, this applies Shirou had a good time to use Rule Breaker on Saber Alter. Unlike Sakura who was temporarily distracted by a loving hug from her sister causing her to have an identity crisis Shirou would have needed to manage to get in range for a hit with a knife while she was completely incapacitated. In addition, I believe it would take Shirou more time, skill and mana to project Rule Breaker considering it isn't a "sword" as much as a knife but that might be nit picky. He does end it on a chest stab but the reach of Rule Breaker is nothing compared to his proper swords. Also it should be stated that Shirou's mental state was also severely degraded at this point so it might have not even crossed his mind to "save" Saber, especially in the route where he chooses Sakura over her, favoring her more as an obstacle to overcome.

Gae Bolg is further removed from "sword", which hurts someone who's Origin is "sword". But the real issue with Gae Bolg is that even if he were to project it, he can't reverse causality with it, since that's something one Lancer could do. Even Scat can't do it with hers - she has to use rune magic to fake it. Or at least, that's theory. In practice, he's managed to do Nine Lives Blade Works, so it's kind of whatever the fuck works for the moment.

The "foot throw" technique is the original (and the one that's in the actual legends), but that's not a technique to reverse casuality. Cu taught himself the technique to reverse casuality - Only he can do it. Scat mimicks it with Gae Bolg Alternate, which is using one Gae Bolg to pin, and another one to deliver the fatal blow. Even the animation shows how it works, in contrast to the technique Cu performs. The effect is similar, but the methodology is entirely different.

Prillya doesn't follow the same rules. That's been clarified before at some point. It's a spin-off that operates under its own logic to a degree, so characters can get away with things they can't elsewhere. That doesn't necessarily mean that something in Prillya can't be performed outside of it, but it means you should take it with a grain of salt.

In terms of quality, don't expect much until around 3rei. There's some good scenes before then, but it's the minority. There's currently all sorts of good shit, including a few nods to Notes, of all things.

Nothing implies that there isn't anyone else in the world who could figure it out, but none of the techniques which Scat uses are the same as Cu's. Someone actually did the calcuations for a rate up. Their way of rate up is a few select demons (example 3), and a .5% chance to get any 3. So that's .166%. Now, throw in Archetypes, to get the one you want that's a 1/4 chance. So 0.166% / 4, the gray archetype not included: 0.0415%. Imagine 0.5% without a rate up.

There's plenty of overlap between most European mythologies due to Proto-Indo-European origins of all the languages involved. By definition, every single character in this work, even if based on a historical person, must be manipulated in some way to have a place in this story since they must fit inside Nasu's servant system. So technically everyone's OC, but that's not what people are complaining about. Again, the standards I set are not because I personally believe that all Alters are OC, or that all Elizabeth's should be considered as such. It's the only way to remove personal judgement and indulgement as far as arbitrary decisions so that anyone can read the sentence "all Alter are considered OC" and accept it as a general guideline. It would be disingenuous to associate the complaints about OC with genderbent character's as the complaints for each respective category is different fundamentally in why the complaint is being made. Finding this event to be kind of trash. I mean the grind and event shop is normal enough, but the story is just not worth it. First time I'm just skipping anything.

Part 2 is pretty fucking awful. The story inserts go from discussions between the cast about possible developments, followed by a quick scene with whoever you supported, to boar piglet memes. Much like an actual city, the development you choose has little bearing on the actual aesthetic of the island, because it's all just awful looking urban shit. But even Part 1 gets put down a few pegs by the incompetent SEAniggers shoving dated memes into shit (why the fuck did they remove YARIO?).

The only upside is that farming the Level 90 is actually a little bit less obnoxious for a few of the nodes than the grind through the Level 80 nodes up to completion. Even then, they're a lot more obnoxious than in Part 1, thanks to the way that event bonuses are divided along the class lines.
