Is there a way to edit savegames in this games? I liked the game up the the point where i totally random got a desease and am now mutated to a completly useless character. I really like this game but since when is it a good idea to implement random permanent punishment to the point where it becomes game breaking. Pic unrelated

I didnt walk trough but apperiently town dont count as shelter, thats bullshit. But i found out i can get those highly expensive bottles to cure that shit at least, so i dont need to use the editor luckily. Still random shit you can do nothing about is bullshit.
