>Does anybody know any other "arcade-exclusives"?
Yes, the Pump It Up series. No home release since Pump It Up Exceed (over 12 years ago). Its mission modes are possibly the most fun I've had in a rhythm game
>get unique alternate charts for songs not available in normal play
>charts with added objectives (e.g. max combo no higher than 25, hit all notes with certain noteskin)
>fun gimmicks (e.g. chart requires holding center step and hitting hands, mission has you spinning around all song, song has life drain, get potions to keep life gauge topped up)
>several missions are especially fun and gimmicky (e.g. Deja Vu EHNE mission, Pump Pump Revolution missions (DDR Parody) and PJMax (DJMax parody))
>things can however get unfairly hard (e.g. the infamous QH247 mission in Fiesta 1 and EX, aka NXSB (level 28, max difficulty) double chart of Final Audition Episode 2 at 130% speed)
>a few missions have bullshit gimmicks, like requiring multiple people (3 for Triple Attack in NXA), or playing a certain song from memory (Eraser missions in NXA)
>other missions often have shit objective descriptions or hidden objectives made so you have to feed credits, which sucks
Another noteworthy mention is Dragon Ball Zenkai Battle
>possibly the best modern 3D PVP DBZ game
>2v2 real-time battles
>characters have unique movesets and their own mechanics
>No vanishing spam
>no beamspam, ki generates slowly and charging uses health
>Tenkaichi and Xenoverse can't hold a candle to it
I don't know what the fuck Bamco was thinking when they decided to keep it confined to arcades in Nipland.
