Anon you're using 2-pass encoding. What the first pass does is take statistics from the video and write them down into a log file and does not actually encode any video. The second pass takes the information from the log file to use in the encoding of the video to increase the efficiency of the available bitrate to let it 'save' bits during easy to encode sections of the video and spend extra bits during hard to encode videos. You need to input the second command in the image's template to complete the webm's encoding. You should be doing something like the below command. Unless you give the log file from the first pass a specific name, which is unnecessary for regular cases, ffmpeg will use a default name which would be used for all encodins which is why it asks you if you want override the file 'NUL' everytime. If you want to skip having to say yes add the option -y which tells ffmpeg to automatically override files instead of asking for your confirmation.
ffmpeg -y -i SOURCE [whatever options you use] -pass 1 NUL
ffmpeg -y -i SOURCE [whatever options you use] -pass 2 file_name.webm
