Best case, it is a good game that goes back to its roots of mayhem and humor and less pay tv inspired stories that try to market to everyone. Worst case, multiplayer is the main focus and the single player continues to be less of a concern. I am most interested to see GTA's take on the modern political climate and sjw infested social media and wonder if they will return to vice city and a distant past to avoid it.
Either way, I doubt it will run on my computer. I still haven't played V.

Not at all, violence is all in the tone. Manhunt is still a lot heavier than almost every game released since. The Warriors even more so, despite having almost no gore at all.
Hatred is less gory than a lot of games and even so that managed to create a hubbub. The level of gore is not that important, the presentation is.
