I have nothing against so-called "idle games" as they aren't games to me. Yet something like that irks me to the highest point. Most, if not all idle games are free one way or another, yet this one chooses deliberately to push a high price because "we worked hard on this one". And the worst thing is, it might actually work because lots of people "played" the first one for weeks, if not months.

I actually appreciate the simplicity and purity of idle/incremental games. There are huge quantities of shitty gacha/p2w games out there that exploit cheap illusions of progress to sell meaningless dopamine hits to people; at least games like this are completely up front and honest about the reality that all you're doing is clicking and watching numbers get bigger.

The game itself. You have the "normal" version (updated every year, these times), and then you have "other" versions whose links are available from one of the corners of the screen.
There's the classic one (the one before the game became very well known, with Grandmapocalypse being the end of the game), the beta one (where the creator tests his new updates before adding them to the main version) and the v1.0466 one (which is the one with the cookie dungeon and scouts).
