What a prude. When creating a work that is for sale or free for human consumption, expect porn of it to happen as an eventuality. The only acceptable thing you have a choice in is if you want good porn or bad porn. Bad porn being poorly drawn and not just bad fetish. Bad fetish might be included determining on how terrible that fetish is like scat or out there ones like papercuts or something. From what I remember he brought on TysonTan to replace Gashi complaining publicly that the official promotional art being made was too sexualized. It probably had more to do with getting it sold to younger audiences on family friendly platfoms than a SJW crusade as having an artist with a deviantart page that is filled with lewd works of anime, cartoon and videogame characters associated with your brand that you've spent over a decade working on and want to sell on consoles isn't a very good idea.

Having followed Strife since the early days of his small freeware demos made with the worlds engine (such as Time Heroes), it sucks to see that he got to this point. He also dropped Gashi-Gashi because '2lewd'. For fuck's sake, he decided to make a game licensing some donut steel characters from a dA artist - r34 is not expected, but guaranteed at this point.

I think the problem is not so much the porn itself, but the fact that the porn is being drawn by one of the team members himself. This is one of the problems when going commercial, you have to maintain an image of your company. Freedom Planet is a game that's appropriate for children, and you wouldn't want a child to go stumble upon porn just by following on of the game's creators.
I think the best way for Tyson would be to have a separate online identity for lewds and never have them interact with each other. I don't know if that would be according to the agreement with the Freedom Force developers, but on the internet it's always a good idea to have an alternate persona.
