What happens is plat resellers buy plat, sell it to others at a discount, then 120 days later do a chargeback. DE responds by reversing trades connected to the plat that was purchased. Thing is, the people that bought the plat probably bought your expensive riven with it, and that trade will be reversed. If you've spent that plat in the last 4 months, you might end up with a negative plat balance. When you do, they lock your account and demand you buy that plat at full price from DE. Sold a tiberon riven for 4k? That'll be $199.95, please. Even if you do pay their bullshit fee for literally doing nothing wrong, the riven you get back will be flagged untradeable. A double fuck you.

Nah, their handling of twitch drops has just been a classic DE failspiral ever since they started doing it. Activity doesn't matter. Third, speaking of Lantern, make my target stay stationary

Fourth, her Tribute ability is actually useful, but it takes time and energy to make their buffs/debuffs reach full potential. Either make the ability more expensive but give me full bonus on a first cast, or make it an ability similar to Lantern, and turn a target into the center of an area that gives you and your allies the full bonus

biggest problem here for me is her 2nd ability. I spent too much time trying to max all the tributes and trying to make them stay 100%. Like trying to max 4 contributes individually isn't enough, you have to touch that soul thingie as well ffs.

Her 3rd and 1st are kinda similiar and we need fix for 3rd. 1st and 4th abilities are fine, just make vacuum universeal and work for Titania's 4th as well.

make 3rd create a lantern that is stationary. So you can put it and create it whenever you want and it is stationary. I also had an idea where you use 1st to the Lantern and enemies who are "attracted" to lantern also starts to float.

Make 2nd ability some kind of passive or something. For example killing floating enemies gives you tributes. Anything more interactive would be great, it feels like a chore now. Not just that Tributes are kinda useless, especially because of the range.

Titania is a fairy themed frame, there can be lots of great ideas for 2nd ability and the way she "blesses" her allies or whatever the fairies call it. Could be my favourite frame but shame DE doesn't even play the game

Cephelons are great and everything, but nothing suggests they are that good at multitasking or controlling multiple different bodies at the same time. Maybe they can, but maybe they can.

For this to work, you don't simply need an "head overseer", you'd need one that can multitask a lot. Essentially, if the head overseer is a processor, it'd need a fuckton of cores to handle all the workforce.

Of course, a cheaper solution instead is to have shitty "processors" handle a single body each. You get the default human intelect and adaptation for a fraction of the price, especially since it's free.

I assume its possible since they are some weird sci-fi AI creation which do quite a large amount of tasks. Like catagorizing creatures while running simulations or something on willing warframes to fight creatures.

I don't believe it would be impossible to suggest that a Cephelon could manage a large robotic workforce. At the very least I believe it would be more competent then a biological entity at the task.
