Yes. Also Shenmue isn't even good, if I could wish it out of existence so that Sega could use its budget to stay alive longer in the console race, I would.

PS2 didn't kill the dreamcast, slowed it, but Sega's 10 years of bad decisions killed the dreamcast. They had no money left.
