Capcom aren't out to hurt you. They've made some dumb decisions, but they're ultimately motivated by money, like any company. Megaman 11 is a sure fire money maker. A lower budget game, with big nostalgia appeal, capitalizing on the Classic Coke effect of everyone in the world being riled up about Megaman being dead for the past few years. It's also basically finished, and due out in a couple of months. It would just be pure retardation for them to cancel it now.
