Pic related. Most saberfaces are Artoria, but there's a few that aren't Artoria that have the saberface like Nero (booby red saber that says umu), Mordred (flat red saber that yells CHICHIUE), Jeanne (not saber), etc. After a while you get used to it.
At this point the fact that saberface is a thing is recognized and used for official jokes during events/april fools and such; there's even gameplay stuff around it, like an enemy Lancelot Berserker's AI frequently targetting any of your servants that has the saberface trait.

Not to mention you have to keep in check evil servants from betraying you the first chance they get (Mephisto outright says he'll be waiting for the worst possible moment for you to get backstabbed by him, Amakusa also says he will betray you the first chance he gets to secure the grail, etc.) or simply because they plain don't like you. However, having a bunch of servants around that have a good affinity to moralfaggotry or just plain loyalty to their master is a very good advantage in case someone betrays you. You just have to not let your guard down too much and it'll be swell.
MC has some godly charisma to get along with every possible servant to the point of them accepting him as master.

As far as the Throne goes, yes, you are not summoning Hitler you are summoning a copy of Hitler from the throne that when it dies will just go back as data. Grand Order is slightly different as Chaldea exists in a same state of "removed from time" like the Throne is so any servants summoned their retain their memories from their other summons, you then summon copies of the servants to various eras. (This is why your servants can die but it's not a crippling issue because you're just losing that copy of the servant you made and not the actual body you gained access to in Chaldea)

Reading the Valentine's event dialogue, all three of the girls you mentioned (four, if you count Umu Bride) either directly confess or at least somewhat imply that they want the MC dick. I must be missing something, because "I will be your reliable wife and shrine maiden", "I will show you the feelings that are hard for me to say normally", and "I must display my love for you here" all sound pretty straightforward to me. "I can only express some of my feelings" is admittedly a little harder to read because of how Umu typically acts, but it at least hints at genuine attraction.

The bigger issue is that, since general human consensus fits in to how strong a particular servant is, I find it hard to believe that the physical manifestation of Thomas Edison and all of the Presidents of the United States' past, present, and future is somehow weaker and of lower rank than some side character in Arthurian myth and the daughter of Tsar Nicholas II. I'm not going to claim I know how popular or well-known Anastasia is in the Slavlands, but I doubt it's any higher than the presidents of the united states. Hell, I'm pretty sure William Shakespeare would be more well-known, too. And he's from further back in history, which I know is another aspect of the power of a servant for some reason.
I also find it unlikely Nero is somehow more powerful than Julius Caesar. There's no way you'd get more answers to who Nero is if you asked someone on the street than if you asked someone who Caesar is.

You get stats increases for how well known you are at the current point in time and even location you're summoned in rather than it being built directly into your lore. For instance Heracles is strong enough as is in Japan during Stay Night but had the Grail war taken place in Western Europe he would have been even stronger, this goes for Cu and Arthur in Ireland and Britannia respectively.

According to this the different between Level 65 and level 70 before Fous is 503 hp, getting a MLB Holy shroud at it's usual level of 13-15 depending on Succ is more than enough to make up for that I think.

I'm gonna have to call foul here because for the most part when you ask anybody about what games in Fate they've played, it's almost always been for the story. Fate/Extra was Rock, Paper Scissors. CCC may have been better about that but that's all Fate Extra was, a visual novel with a modicum of a combat system nobody really cared for. Extella was even worse about this because it's an outright terrible Musou, but again, a good story. You could argue that those two you could be challenged and it was engaging, but most people would tell you why even try when gameplay is shit from the start. Then you have Tiger Colosseum and Unlimited Codes which are fun fighting games but that's pretty much it and then you have the Visual Novels themselves which go without saying in that they're visual novels which granted are good reads, but aren't really engaging "games" and as this anon pointed out >>15071902 They're still pumping out other Fate Games like Extella/Link, which has nothing to do with Grand Order. Honestly, the reason why people say grailing casters is "bad" is because it's not efficient attack wise since Casters only have a 0.9 modifier but I say ignore that and focus on the kit/niche servants have to offer. For example Medea is still a great grail target because she's one of Five ST Casters in the game. Five. The other four are either two years out, 5 stars or storylocked. Illya is a limited 5 star. Xuanzang is 5 star. Circe is two years away and Sheba when she gets added is Storylocked. The fact Medea still packs a wallop, can heal herself on a 5 turn cooldown and can spam it makes her one of the best ST casters even in JP. Adding grails makes her a bit tankier and raises her attack

It needed more episodes/books and for Higashide. Allegedly the main outline was made by Nasu and Hiagshide just built on it, but I imagine all Nasu did was give the barest of outlines for Jeanne and Sieg romance and go on his merry way. It took Nasu a Visual Novel with more words than the Lord of the Rings trilogy to properly flesh out a cast of 18ish main contenders and dozens of side stories and give a proper and satisfying conclusion. Holy fuck, the ending of Camelot was sensational. This singularity fucking blows the others so far out of the water it's not even funny. GO finally delivered after a year of mediocre at best writing, thanks Nasu. The characters were top notch, the tension from the story translated well from the first fight into the singularity and peaked in the fights with the Knights, and there were some damn great moments in between fights with the servants excelling at what they do best against all odds. It was great how low rarity servants like Arash and Cursed Arm managed to desperately perform so well during the story against underwhelming odds, whereas in other singularities they would've just jobbed hard to hype up the antagonists. The only thing that came close to this level of enjoyment for me was the F/Z event.
I'm grailling Bedivere after this fucking singularity.

Keep in mind that rarity=/=power. Arash is an extremely powerful Archer, and that's considering that he's in the same class as big-hitters like Gilgamesh and Arjuna. He's only a 1* because they needed a bronze Archer, and ARASH ACKBAR has a fairly noticeable downside that would be hard to balance out properly on a high-cost Servant.

Pretty much what >>15091849 said, it's true that Arash has some great stats and is pretty damn good outside of GO's stupid rarity system, but in previous singularities and in previous events and such the script often takes the piss out of low rarity servants (like when Mozart pretty much said "I'm this weak because I'm a 1* servant huh" during dangos). It really was refreshing to see Arash, Cursed Arm and other 3*s perform so well throughout and until the end. Yeah, I'd give you that they get hosed pretty badly. Though it's worth noting that there are a lot of exceptions - the most notably being in Okeanos, Drake (5*) is pretty hard-pressed against Blackbeard (2*) and your entire team, including Orion (5*) and Atalanta (4*) are absolutely outmatched by Herk (4*).
All of that said, I think America is the only one that really handles it badly. Half the cast gets blown the fuck out by the enemy 5*s. But then, that singularities 5*s also include the Poointhelooss, so that really confuses things.
Babylonia is going to involve a lot of off-screen jobbing though. Most notably, when Amakusa gets eaten off-screen by Taiga.

You should just read the VN as you normally would, most bad endings are Shirou failing to notice aspects about servants that would have saved him and others from dying, or him acting out of character (mainly any choice that would preserve himself over saving others). However, as you said, there are a few different endings on some routes which mostly consist on Shirou taking extremely different paths that stray from the theme of the route (such as Mind of Steel or Sparks Liner High in Heaven's Feel). Some of those are pretty great and worth it to take a look at least once.
Most bad/other endings are worth it for the Taiga Dojo utterly berating you for failing anyway, so they're worth it to take a look at those. Outside of a few important ones they're not necessary, though.

Looking pretty good; Raikou is solid AoE Berserker who has an advantage against a lot of Servants, Ozy is the best 5* Rider iirc and Kintoki is the best 4* Rider. Carmilla is a solid servant who does a bit of everything. Try to get a bit more of an even spread in all classes, maybe? Know that Ozymandias has superb sync with Hans'(the 2* Caster) NP, so try that out sometime.
And never roll, unless it's the guaranteed gacha on special events and even then, you should be asking yourself if a bunch of pixels is really worth it. Have some dignity and self-respect and don't debase yourself like some idiots do.

Truth be told, I went in to this game knowing nothing about Fate, but I actually took the time to read the cutscenes and what not knowing it was going to be a story Heavy game. It wasn't until after I was hooked on the Original Premise (And really liked Fuyuki) That I wanted to know more. Orleans was alright, Septem was shit sure but it didn't matter that much because the most important one, Fuyuki, was enough of a draw in to know more about Fate.

I would give the Fate series to have the highest quality fan translation of any series. It's mentioned in his interlude that he was given this one summon as a super unique exception, by the grace of the Lion King, and isn't actually a heroic spirits. Only MC can summon Bedivere, which is why he still has Excalibur on his arm.

Cursed Arm happened to be summoned into the exact era he was in when he was alive, but he is still a servant, this implies that if Hassan is not the current head (as First Hassan has not yet died and is still alive) then that means Cursed Arm must be one of the ordinary people to swill one day become Cursed Arm in the future.

As far as his profile information states, there's no proof King Hassan ever exist, and as far as historical accounts they do say he died in 1124. I suppose I fucked up my timeline.
