Yes I have. Stone Ocean might be middling, but it's much better than Vento Aureo. At least I wasn't bored out of my skull. Literally the only good parts about 5 are the beginning until the end of the Bruno fight and the setup for Notorious B.I.G. when you don't quite know what the fuck it is and expect something much crazier than just The Blob.
