Didn't pay attention.
It was a 50/50 split.
The way minesweeper works is the numbers you uncovered tell you how many mines are connected to their tile, in any of the 8 tiles surrounding the number.
Minesweeper is about risk management and the odd occasion you have a 100% guarantee a mine is somewhere.

You mean 3D Maze, right? I always liked that one. Actually, did you know that it's possible to get screensavers from older operating systems onto newer ones? I only know that you can download them off of the internet, but it might be possible with multiple computers and a USB stick.

Those procedurally generated windows screensavers were the shit.
When I was younger I would stare at the pipes filling the screen for hours.

So would I, but I wouldn't do it for hours. That's probably some autism on your part. Another one of my favorites was the one where it looked like you were traveling through space faster than light, zooming past hundreds of stars.

I miss those old Christmas screensavers that usually would just play a midi with some basic animation.
It seems like most of them were lost in time though.

I can recall that the background options were a number of small images with different displaying options, stretched over the entire screen, centered or side by side and that you could also make one of your own, using a small pattern of blocks. Any idea where those went?

That's called Jezzball, by the way. I lost track of it at a point myself. Now you got me trying to figure out this one turn-based top down robot game, kind of like Rodent's Revenge. You move, and then the bots move toward you, it was mostly about getting them to knock into eachother and get off the board.

Your first few moves are always luck because you're going in blind.
You can pick your first square and instantly lose.
Most of the time it's picking the square with the least chances of failure.
