Yeah, they'll poison your dinosaurs, open all the gates, and shut down all of the electric generators depending on which brat is having a tantrum, the poisoning one is the easiest to deal with

when the generators are shut down you have to manually drive your jeep there and restart all of them one by one

Also they got rid of almost all automation so you have to periodically send your spicmobiles to refill the feeders, oh no there's no "refill them all" button, you have to scroll around the map and select them, every singe time

Over the shoulder camera. I'm sick of seeing it everywhere. We have some many options that could work great and look better, and with current technology we could even make combinations of different styles to create something unique. Instead, durr ots everywhere! Hack and slash with ots, horror with ots, action games with ots, puzzle games with ots, rpgs with ots. FFFFFUCK! Ots camera is like cheese being in fucking everything.

Sometimes it's not as noticeable, but after playing fps for a while and going back to a ots, it's incredible how distracting a bigass shoulder in your way can be

I like to squeeze every drop out of every game I enjoy and I don't want to spend an eternity doing it so for me it falls into two categories.

Things that fuck with the sense of completion

>multiplayer/online only events

>limited time/seasonal events with exclusive stuff

>"mini-DLCs" / item packs / microtransactions

>lootboxes

>in-game completion screens that can't be 100% completed

>content that is patched out

Things that waste your time

>unskippable cutscenes

>rehashed content / padding

>unskippable tutorial as part of the main game

>bulletsponge enemies

>stunlock/freeze/grab mechanics that lock you into an animation

>radiant quests

>repeating random events "X is under attack! etc."

>mini-games

Things that fuck with the sense of completion and waste your time

>endgame "content" that requires a 100+ hours grindfest

>gear with ridiculously low drop rates that has to be grinded for

Non-skippable cutscenes that don't load when you tab out and can't be fats-forwarded through with cheat engine.

From Dust was a cool game until it took 5 minutes to change level. Instantly fucking deleted.

XCOM2 was unbearable too before the 'don't waste my time's mod

I fucking hate tranquilliser guns. They completely ruined MGS codename tiers. Getting Big Boss is worth shit past MGS because everyone just crawls on the ground like a worm and uses the overpowering silent tranq on every moving target instead of actually mastering TACTICAL ESPIONAGE ACTION by ghosting, misdirecting and using CQC.

Two things. Two fucking things. The first is that MMOs are still shit and it is only just now looking like things MIGHT start getting a little better. This will probably ruin me for having hope.

The second is Warhammer 40k games. You get almost no good shooters or action games. And when something does look cool and comes along, it's either mobile shit WHY THE FUCK DO YOU HAVE A GAME ABOUT THE MECHANICAL GIANTS OF 40K AS A MOBILE GAME and when a shooter does come along its either fucking trash I'm still mad about eternal crusade or buggy and unoptimized with space hulk at least they apologized, put forth the effort, and released the game in its improved state and for free to anyone who had the original copy

Using the tranq should either be relegated to lower difficulty settings or severely limit the rank of the Codename you receive at the end. MGS2 in particular since the skull suit effectively makes your footsteps silent except on certain surfaces.
