Should I get the original or the HD release?
Anonymous 06/17/18 (Sun) 12:33:21 da7c6f No.15013596
Get Revolution. It's TFE and TSE HD with workshop support for about 2$.

Unpopular opinion: hd is a shit
They fucked up textures and bullet physics
Anonymous 06/17/18 (Sun) 12:40:29 abc23e No.15013616
And generally always play originals first, don't be an idiot.

Originals. They have some sections that mess with gravity, but, because of some limitations of Serious Engine 2.5, those had to be altered to lack the gravity changes.

This only applies to TSE HD though since TFE doesn't have the gravity rooms.

Yeah, but, if you're going to play the classic version of TSE, you might as well play the classic version of TFE, for consistency's sake.

Agreed, and remember, Serious is the only valid difficulty option.

Doesn't Fusions (the launcher they put all their Serious Sam post Serious Engine 3.0 like Serious Sam HD and BFE) support Vulkan?

I renember pirating the original a while back and the mouse sensitivity was all fucked. Should I get revolution instead?

I am pretty sure you can get all of them at the same time, but play the originals.

It really doesn't matter that much. Both run on potatos, both look fine overall, and both will do the job. Just get the pack since you can get it for fucking dirt cheap and decipher for yourself which one is better you fucking faggot.

I wish the original didn't run like shit on my pc.

The cannonballs used to lose damage by rolling on the ground in classic, so you had to arc your shots. In HD, you could just let it lazily roll on the ground for full damage. It's disgusting.

get both, play originals first. HD games are pretty good as far as remakes go.
