3 is still EA, probably full of bugs unless they fixed shit last time I tried it and it might not have as much content yet, althought it probably will have more if it's finished.
1 is the superior choice in terms of gameplay, it's a very good game as long as you get used to the HUD and learn the rules of the game.
Simple things like buying the Walking Stick everyday help more than you think.
2 is nice, beautifull and with a much better HUD. Combat is a bit downgraded however, jobs are not as interesting and neither is politics.
It's the beautiful but dumb blonde cousin of the first game.
