Posting a third time since meta is anchored. Lycoris is a horror survival game where you play a loli test subject in a lab where something went wrong before they could fuck you up. Features NG+ and multiple endings. There are some sexual deaths and non-deaths but it's mostly survival. It should still be on the Vola. There's also Naedoko Demon's Ground as a passable RPG, but it's full /hgg/ tier with a focus on impregnation, oviposition, and egg laying.
