Let me add another layer of laugh to this - There are ways to refund the game without them being able to do anything against that.
One needs the game to have been bought with a credit card, and for that one, all you need to do is to go to your bank and to cancel the buy. Should it has been done at most six months ago, it'll pass without problems, especially if it's your first time. If you need to motivate it, all you'll have to do is to pull a detailed report about how "this game has been bought to me using my credit card without my consent", and it'll pass without problem.
For the second, you'll need to live in Europe, as European laws put no stops in refunds, be it in terms of time or of possibility. As long as the product is in a good enough shape to be reselled (which is always the case with digital products) and you can send it back (all it needs is an email to tell them you don't want it anymore), they are forced to refund it. And should they refuse it, point the thing en masse to Steam, with mention of the European law, and Steam will do the refund to you.

Women's rooms are worse on average. I clean restrooms at a store that regularly gets homeless men (rarely homeless women) and the women's restrooms are still slightly worse on average. Tried playing it.
Hit registration is abysmal, I'm shooting a dude with a hitscan weapon and it only registers 20% of the time. Didn't notice any spread on the weapon when firing at a wall either.
Takes an entire magazine to kill somebody. Not that a higher TTK is a bad thing in and of itself, but it makes your weapons feel very weak, especially considering how big their models are.
Characters never shut the fuck up.
This iteration of Unreal engine sucks dick. I thought UE3 was bad with its oily textures and half-assed depth of field effect, but UE4 manages to make that look gorgeous by comparison. This unoptimized piece of garbage barely reaches 50fps on a decent rig using the lowest of settings and these in turn make everything look unfocused. I had and easier time sniping 5 pixel high zombies in vanilla Doom than making out what the fuck I was looking at 10 feet in front of me.
