There are shitton of high profile mmos, and there are shitton of high profile porn games, and every single mmo has high quality nude mod, but there is not a single high profile porn mmo where you could just fuck with mobs and other people, literally.
Shit there are even mmos with nudity from get go, so you won't even need to mod them, but still no fucking.

Sex is kind of highly personal. I don't mean the physical act, but a persons tastes. Just check out the categories of any porn website. This raises a direct problem with any attempt to do an MMO porn game. Mostly the question of how much are you going to include and how it is going to be supported. Inevitably some fetishes just aren't going to get the same support of others, the people into those things become angry and start the jaded fan problem. Just imagine an MMO coming out and the fetishes for 'bondage' and 'furries' are just a few costumes you throw on. You're into bondage, well your avatar can wear some leather straps, and if you're into furries then I hope you enjoy making your character wear a fursuit. Meanwhile the lactation fetishists have several systems that interact with their fetish and give them options of just how they slap the titties around.
Now, at the very least you could set up a base and kinda vanilla sex MMO and monitize it largely with expansions like the sims. Adding new fetishes and their supporting gameplay mechanics. If people were made aware of this I'm pretty sure they wouldn't sour on it for not having something they like. However that just brings us to the major problem, exclusionary fetishes.
I do not like, nor will I ever like, seeing people get shit on, eat shit, or people getting the shit kicked out of them during sex. It is a massive turnoff. That is a thing that other people like. If you have ever played an MMO, then you already see the problem here. You would inevitably have people into bestiality, pedophilia, snuff and other stuff come out and ask where their content is. Then the developer is in a catch 22. Which would either lead to falling back on the law preventing them from doing it, or twisting logic around so much to let people fantasize (the animals in this world are intelligent and capable of consent, she isn't really 8 she's some kinda fairy or imp that just looks like that, this person just comes back after they die).
However, all that aside, it is a game I'd love to see. An MMO where nobody can admit that they play it to their friends, or at the very least tell them their avatar. I'd kill for a high fantasy setting where you have in city activities for regular sex and progression, and out in the wilds fighting monsters for the more extreme stuff as well as skill grinding. More particular I'd love to see a system around investigating what certain characters like or where what you like is popular. Play a woman that falls victim to some horrible tentacle beast in the wilds that stretches you super wide, find out the blacksmith is into that kinda thing by little talking minigames in the tavern, fuck the blacksmith and get discounts and other goodies.

I remember playing a game back in the day called 'shaiya' online, which was basically marketed as the first erotic mmorpg, which basically meant that some enemies had their tits out, etc, but It was fairly tame apart from the revealing outfits. The gameplay is also this terrible cut and dry copy of the basic Korean mmo formula, boring combat, fucking gay quests and GRIIIND.
The other game was scarlet blade, which was a little bit more inspired and focused on porn but still completely softcore in every way. Honestly the main factors at play are just that we need a large scale porn game similar to games like bdo in scale, but with sex and sex appeal as major facets instead of just glazing. Games like MnF online are essentially just interactive chatrooms.

The big issue with Second Life is two-fold. It's nearly impossible to create any sort of game inside of it that's not clunky or stupid. And it's pretty much entirely based around community interaction and socializing. Now, the second point doesn't see bad, surely you could just go find cool people or people with whom you share a common interest, right? Except that there's only complete social rejects and people trying to troll said rejects. There's no genuine interaction to be had, and even if you do find somebody with common interests they're probably a fucking nutjob. (Unless your interests involve also being an outcast or troll.) Even if we're speaking strictly on-topic with the OP, the only sort of lewd material you'll get are degenerate fetishes or very ugly and stiff (no pun intended) models/animations. It's just not worth the time in any regard.
