Nigger, the only way to make a return to the golden years is to burn it all down and to people who truly like to create games to do it as a hobby, following to the creation of studios that have members who do something else other than play video games for living. Life span of modern vidya is a god damn disgrace with few exceptions.

A game should be the culmination of the ideals and experiences of a bunch of people, friends even, who got together and said "You know, this idea is actually kinda nice, lets see if we can make it into a game" not "Alright, maggots, you got a year and a half to make a game of this franchise, the suits say that if you can make it with paid DLC you get a part of their sales".
