Kill doser is probably the best real life revenge story I ever witnessed. The TLDR of it is that the local community denied him a permit to build a road to his business, causing it to fail.
So he took all of his savings and built the kill doser to demolish all the businesses that took part in fucking him over. I think he got like 13 of them and caused an ass ton of damage expenses.

You misunderstand. In small-town places like that, the councils and chambers of commerce are usually transparently run by the businesses in the area. Whether it's because they're related to the members of the council or because they overtly threaten to take their businesses elsewhere, they're usually in control of whatever is controlled by such institutions. So when a business that threatens their businesses comes to town, they can and often will use whatever means necessary to shut it down in order to avoid having to compete with lower prices, more variety of products, better service, etc.
As for his over-the-top reaction, I don't care if anyone could have been hurt. This is not a moral decision, even if you try to make it one. The guy's actions appeal to the revenge fantasy everyone has in their heart, and acting like you don't have one just makes you a loser.

If a man doesn't have a business, that money will run out. He already had a dozer because his business required it, and he likely bought the steel and concrete ahead of time to prepare to open a business. He clearly got his capital and spent it, and the last bar to success was the road to his business that he couldn't get approved. So he had little money by the end of it, but plenty of resources and welding experience. He didn't need money after that. He paid no one to make his dozer, he used his own hands and what he had left. His business was bankrupt when he made it, and he was hard up, but all that was spent on that dozer was elbow grease and pure anger. That's how it happened, you don't have to be rich to build something with your own hands, you just need tools and grit.
