Who /xg3/ here?

I stumbled upon the sci-fi racing game not too long ago, and just decided to play it. I ended up playing through the game without buying any weapons or upgrades, with the goal of getting pole position on every race. It was pretty damn difficult to do this. The beginning of the game had decent difficulty, but shit got real later on. The Crystalaria and Megalopis 7 tracks were especially bitches to get 1st place in on the 1000G class.

I have a feeling the game would have been much more engaging if the AI was smarter and less cheap than it was, as they would spam the micro mines like nobody's business when you were behind them, and end up doing jack shit once you were far enough ahead of them. Nonetheless, the game definitely seems to have aged well, and I still managed to have fun playing it. The trance music was definitely a nice touch (I got chills listening to the Crystalaria track).

Has anyone played the other XG games? From what I've seen, 1 and 2 are supposed to be better, and XGRA a disappointment.

Who the fuck even played those cheap clones of F-Zero?

I fucking loved the Extreme G games growing up. They were my little brother and I's favorite racing games because it was actually challenging and competitive between us (unlike the average kart racer) and also had fun items that kept the races interesting and dynamic.

Even the arena battles weren't half bad.

It had feminist propaganda when describing the talking dogs (women) racers.

So, the game is shit.

Acclaim Studios Cheltenham didn't have much of a track record to go by except for the Gamecube and PS2 ports of Crazy Taxi, but are you talking about the in-game team description for the all-female team, Vixen? That just looks like RP to me. Still, it definitely sounds like something a bullshit company would come up with today:

>Formed in 2218, Vixen is proud to be the only XG team (((fully staffed by women))). (((Psychological tests))) have proven the female mind to be not only more capable of """digesting""" information than the male, but also a small percentage faster. As such, we believe our drivers have an edge over the competition. """Elegant""" and """sophisticated""" is our motto - join the team that has (((evolved))). Vixen is an (((equal opportunity employer))).

All the teams in the game have a description depicting some kind of background:

>Talon: "Privately funded by three high-profile CEOs"

>Terranova: "high

production values, mass media coverage, incredible exhilaration"

>Phase One: "most prominent, exciting and controversial racing team on the circuit"

>Palus: "Palus' visionary Gabriel

Artimus, conceived and designed the Graviton Drive…"

>Starcom: playable team members are cyborgs, "privately funded", "you will see the world like you've never seen it before"

Shit, I fucked the formatting up.

You need to remember that the bullshit is not "from today". It was always there, and people ignoring it was how the garbage leftists wormed their way into chief positions in those companies.

stop trying to force this meme

You can't stop me.

And it is not a meme.

Women are the same as dogs. The only difference being that they can talk.

But their mentality is the same as of dogs'.
