Alright, fine: The game is ultimately flawed for two very obvious reasons. 1. The main combat loop of the game is far too shallow, and it reminds me of that older phone game Infinity Blade without the swiping with your fingers. Because of the shallowness of the combat, the game then has to rely heavily on the puzzle aspects (which I don't know much about) and its story. Since this is /v/, who gives a fuck about the story. 2. The game's hook of permanent death after a number of times dying doesn't actually work or is not even in the game. If it is, then it would probably take a considerable amount of deaths for the permadeath to proc, but with the combat being so basic, any competent player will have absolutely no issue with it.
As for something nice, I will say I appreciate the game's use of directional sound with the character's mental instability. I'm a sucker for interesting sound design, and I wish more games took advantage of it. However, since most games these days are made for consoles, you're just going to be using TV audio, which rarely ever takes advantage of surround sound.
Now we can kill this thread because there's nothing else to talk about.
