Move the little boss to position 2. Her effect on ougi is important. Eusless is evidentally less useless no so it might do to move him into the front line for your bait farming team. You won't have to worry about the fights lasting long enough for paralysis immunity to be a thing. You want to be careful against Snow White though. What level is Siegman?

You want to buy their stock of 1/2 elixirs, berries, and anima if you need them every month. You may want to start hording steel bricks away for a rainy day so you don't look like an asshole like me how can't even true forge his xeno weapons. Buy the entiire stock of anat because she is a decent summon in Wind and Wind is a strong element in the early story.

It claims to help you play, but when you activate it the computer's hex executor value indicator rating account(CHEVIRA) get's taken down and you end up with VIRA, viral infection resisting anti-virus. I wonder if they are going to release a new SSR Drusilla in a few years. Older wise 16 she uses her wealth to hire thugs to attack for her. Less random chance on her shopping sprees but she gets what she wants and has it delivered. Full ignition on demand, 100% TA with 100% echos for four turns, Fullheal clarity on call. Based on that your highest priority characters are mostly near the top. Kokkoro will help with area 4 and most PvE content in general. Tamaki can target annoying backrow enemies that snipe your back row. Yuki has a blind debuff that is useful in some stages. The new girl is a healer and her magic def up buff is very valuable later in the game. Eriko and Shiori if you need damage.

If you have about 20 ssr characters, you should probably consider saving. Splurging 300 rolls in a single sitting will net you 16 to 20+ SSRs and pretty much changes the game for you. As a cherry on top you get to pick another character of your choosing as well.
Saving up for months is kinda painful, but sparking is generally worth it.

Do you really have no wind characters or did you filter them out?
'cause I'd worry more about general content and progression than a character to help out in GW only.
Your Fire looks fine, Sturm and Summer Percival are both top tier and you can swap in Magisa or Aliza whenever you need veil or substitute.
Water could make use of a character or 2. You might consider getting a GW Dagger and getting Quatre with it.
Dirt is honestly fine, while Salsa can help a lot with Ground Zero, Ayer still deals more damage on autos, if getting hit is a problem, Razia and Yugu can help.
Again, I see no wind, but getting Siete won't help as he needs other support characters to maintain his stacks. Nyion on the other hand can deal Comatose and buff some DA. The GW harp is also a great mainhand for Elysian and you might want to try and farm a couple.
Song has been my first eternal and she's always been in every team I made if you want to make her remember to bring multiattack buffs though.
As for Six, I don't know, sure he's a great attacker, but the dark sword meta is also quite strong, I wouldn't invest in him so early.
Depending in the mainhand weapons at your disposal, I'd suggest getting at least a couple daggers in different elements.
If you want to go for eternals first, I'd suggest either Song or Niyon.

Start working on your grids. Do the hard versions of the magna beasts to get fodder material and the SR weapons to start your grid. Use a magna summon or an elemntal if you have a good one. That's the first step.

for this event aim to get 4 revenant weapons to make an mlb one. Reset your draw box after you draw it to speed things up if you can't clear many. When an event called rise of the beasts comes around you can get a gold bar and make a character from the weapon. Besides that, use the SR weapons you get from the raids and draw boxes to upgrade the skill level of your ssr weapons in your grid. Join as many raids as you can.

Magna is also known as Omega. If you see a little omega symbol over the skill icon on a weapon that means it is an omega weapon. Their skills are modified by omega summons; Levi, Colo, Tia, Yggs, Chev, and Celes. Basically the big damage numbers comes from Multipliers, and not raw power. Weapon skills are the primary source of weapon grind multiplier.

Once you get the basic idea you will dick around as you figure it. The good thing about this game is you don't need to stress on every little detail full blown autism at first. As your roster of characters and summons grow you will be able to develop a better idea of how different mechanics like proficiency and style fit in and learn to adjust your teams to make the use of them.
