Wat? The original was an Amiga game, and had (bad) ports for just about every system in existence EXCEPT PC.
That said, it is kind of weird that the remake is a Sony exclusive. I can only assume Sony paid for it. (The game's pretty good, but not worth the price of a PS4 by itself.)
