I've done it with a few, it doesn't feel good, it is just frustrating, with little fragments of joy followed by emptiness.
Last one was EYE, though not much, there were some others who has clearly been around a long time and wouldn't let go, like they were NEETing within the game world.
I've found it best when I've left a game completely, when it dips down or I grow tired of too many parts of it, well before the total collapse, and then having made that decision, perhaps hearing a year or so later that it is over with and only a few stragglers are left.
It never feels comfortable to be one of the very last, better to jump out
just as the train starts losing steam, and not when it grinds to a halt.

The average chiseled bodybuilder you see doesn't have the energy in his body to actually do anything, nor the lung capacity for it. Lifting 200KGs for a 15 second lifting competition doesn't mean anything if you can't move around 50KG boxes for 1 minute. If they actually do it for bodybuilding contests (which are actually beauty contests and often go directly against being healthy) they'll also take steps towards making their skin thinner to have more bulging muscles and you'll have ridiculous situations like a giga nigga asking someone to open a jar of whey because gripping the jar's cap will pierce many skin layers and feel extremely painful..
If you look it up you'll see several stories of these guys with ridiculous muscle mass getting exhausted while moving groceries from shopping carts to the trunk of their car because they ran out of energy in their body or suffocating in their sleep because the decelerated breathing of sleep doesn't give their muscles enough oxygen to even idle.
If you want that pic's aesthetics, build up stamina and all the strength you'll ever need will come with it. At the same time have a healthy amount of body fat, don't worry about looking like a gay pornstar. That should be in the 15-20% body fat range.
Last time I checked I was at 17.4% body fat and I looked a bit thinner than that guy.

I went back to Metal Gear Online 3 recently, I hadn't played it for about 2 years before that.
It was mostly the same, just way smaller playerbase and it was a 90/10 split between veterans with hundreds of hours and new players. It always depresses me coming back to old multiplayer games, I always feel like I'm in a room where a birthday party was held 10 years ago and nobody's touched anything since then. It's still good and fun it just feels wrong somehow. It's a feeling of being trapped in time, if I stay too long I won't be able to go back home.

the current drama is that the game uses unique hashes to identify players. someone was found to be a hacker, and kept ban evading, making a lot of hashes banned on a lot of servers. for some reason, new players can be given these hashes that have been banned already, and the devs response is to tell the server administrators to keep 2 ban lists, or to use a script that *might* work, and that there isnt any thing else they can do. well it turns out the admins on the most popular north american servers called them out on their shit, and posted screenshots from the private server administrator forum where a dev said he changed the hash for a specific player, but refuses to do so for anyone else. their lie being exposed, instead of apologizing and maybe working on a fix, they decide to revoke the server license for 2 days, shutting down the server, and said if the SAs do anything else to piss the devs off, theyre gonna permanently revoke it. a lot of players dont like playing on european servers because europeans are rulecucks and have a billion rules that will get you kicked or banned, while the american server had like 10, most of which were pretty self explanatory, such as no tking or wasting assets. so a good chunk of the player base has abandoned the game. a month ago, youd get probably 4-500 players on at peak, now youre lucky to see 150.
