Nothing too hyper specific just in the same rough style of flowing black cloth with lots of gaps, and trailing ends. Kat's outfit is basically a one-piece with sleeves for her forarms and shins (I don't know if they have a specific name) and her long trailing scarf/cape hybrid. Raven has nearly her entire thighs, belly and back exposed and has those long wing-like appendages on her sleeves. And finally a sprinkling of cuffs and other ornate decorations complete their two outfits.

It's something that got posted during one of last year's lol threads when someone decided to dump shitty furry comics in the thread. That comic was a bit higher quality actually sort of decent and enough anons took a liking to it that it got posted in the next few threads and reaction images were even made. also the /tg/ tier world-building probably helped.
