What single-player games have you put over 200hours in (not counting replays)? I'm looking for rpg type shit, long and deep with lots of experimentation possible, or collection, think of something like baldur's gate 2 or monster hunter or pokemon.

There are almost no games that you can put that much time into without replaying unless you count tons of grinding. The only reason Pokemon takes so much time is because you have to grind RNG for an eternity if you're into competitive battling, and possibly grind levels for all the monsters whose evolutions you can't catch if you want to complete the pokedex.
The Etrian Odyssey and Trails of series come to mind as RPGs with tons of content beyond grinding in the same area forever.

At this point I've done everything and I've actually tried to force myself to play it more and can't. UNPOPULAR OPINION REE but there's an underlying concept that could have shone (and is what had me playing at all) but of course it got todded. I think most of my hours were playing as an alchemist and one or two shotting giants with an iron dagger because of how powerful my poisons were and then running in fear from anything undead because of poison immunity. Human flesh + imp stool + slaughterfish anything, if you're curious. 40 second paralysis, about 1000 damage.

I don't know about 200 hours in one playthrough, but you can put a large amount of time into one STALKER playthrough.
I'd recommend either SoC with the OGSE mod or Call of Prypjat with one of the SGM mods. Not really an RPG, but there is tons of stuff to collect and find hidden all across the map(thinking specifically about OGSE here).

2,761 hours in total. More than that, actually, because there's a bunch of characters I played for a while and then deleted. Third character down in the first picture used to have a comparable time investment to the other alt-characters, but I deleted her to make a new character, who I deleted after a few hours because I wanted my old character back.
So all told, about 3,000 hours. And while it's an online game, I almost never went online with it. That's pretty much all single-player hours.

For me, I think it'd be Maplestory, Spiral Knights and Persona 3. I don't think I've sank that much time into many games.
Checking Steam, I sank 300 or so hours into Just Cause 2 but that was just because the game's postgame content (taking over the rest of the bases) is the kind of mindless activity I needed whilst I listened to podcasts. Someone mentioned Terraria so I'm quite certain I did put that much time into Minecraft.
It's possible I spent over 200 hours in Tekken 4, honestly. I did spend quite a bit of time in Practice Mode with Xiaoyu.

There's really no such thing as a game that's both long and deep. Creating depth is hard and creating 200 hours worth of depth is impossible. So you end up with games that are either short and deep or long and shallow. Pics related strike a decent balance between length and depth while allowing for a lot of experimentation, though.

I got to play it for free with CEMU so that helps. But also I just like exploring large open worlds and taking in the environments and scenery. I think the engine design of BotW is absolutely brilliant. Temperature changes with altitude above or below sea level, and the environment is always reflecting this. Opening the slate can also tell you the exact temps at any given time. And standing near a fire can warm you up in a cold environment. Weather has tangible effects on gameplay, whereas in most games its just something superficial. It's the little things like this I really appreciate I think.
