Whatever it is - it's going to integrate Bethesda.net PaidMods Platform, so from here on out, PC versions will probably be delayed so that free alternatives don't start showing up until Todd has fully milked the console tards. Honestly, I have no idea. I haven't fucked around at all with CreationClub shit beyond making a few PS4 mods because I felt bad for the poor bastards. But I quit that pretty early on because it was so limiting and because I had no way to test those mods on the PS4 since I didn't have the game there.
I heard that you could pretty easily pirate the paid mods, but originally (and it may still be this way) Bethesda required you to download every mod released on the service in each content update - whether or not you used it. You then "unlocked" the mod content for use by buying it. But with the tools the community has developed, it was trivial to rip open those archive files and strip the content and records out to plug into a blank .esp. So even if the paid mod itself was copy protected, it would take nothing to just rebuild it as a generic plugin.
