I bought AMD's Ryzen cpu that only supports windows 10 I know they got it to work on 7 with some black /tech/ magic but I'm too god damn retarded to learn this shit. I still have the old computer with 7 if there are programs that don't play nice with 10.

'not supported' means the newest features that are hardly used outside of very specific programs and does nothing but improve performance for very specific types of computing won't be activated.

Don't believe the paid off press saying that it won't work, they're doing everything possible to get people to think W10 is the only option. W7 or 8 will work fine and is supported by Microsoft until 2020 and 2023. I know of several repair stores and have made money myself getting rid of W10 on newer PCs.

And stop spreading lies about it being 'black /tech/ magic' to download a USB bootable version of 7 or 8, extract it to a thumbdrive, press a single keyboard key to select USB to boot from and install a recent version of Windows on modern consumer hardware. If you can't do that you probably belong on Facebook, you're the person that Steve Jobs built the iPhone for.

The quality of the story of the Metal Gear series took an incredibly sharp rise for Metal Gear Solid, and an immediate fucking nosedive followed by an unstoppable downhill roll towards mediocre trash with the release of MGS2 and all other sequels.

You also have to patch win7 keyboard/mouse drivers into your bootable USB because microsoft paid manufacturers off to not include them in recent motherboards. That was the point where I said "fuck it" and switched to linux.

Even if you agree with the overarching themes and whatnot of MGS2, it was pretentious and ham-handed as hell. You could rewrite the Rick and Morty "high IQ required to enjoy" copypasta around the game and it would fit perfectly.

Some of the dialogue was so bad it legit cracked me up, though. Like the bit about how Vamp got his name.

Operation Darkness for the 360. Not the best game ever made, but it was really shit on all out of proportion by reviewers at the time, it's a perfectly playable SRPG. It holds a special place in my heart.

MGS4 had its fair share of impressive tech, and the gameplay was rock-solid too. Just a shame that one of the game's chapters is kinda crap and another only has like 30 minutes of actual gameplay. Also sucks that a large portion of the game is cutscenes, and the story is pretty-flawed and has too much pandering and fanservice.

Good way to play the game if it struggles on PCSX-2. From my experience MGS3 is actually easier to run, PCSX-2 just likes to throw a bitch fit (some BRANCH BRANCH BRANCH error) when running 2, no matter what settings I try, and it persisted until I overclocked my CPU. Usually just comes down to processor muscle.
