Swap Climates of Tamriel with Obsidian Weather as it has season weather changes and is more compatible and interesting up to you though
aMidianBorn Book of Silence and Noble Skyrim from Oldrim - you can install textures from Oldrim just fine. The only things not compatible out of the box are meshes as they need to be run through Nif Optimizer and obviously plugins don't work at all. There is a fix for the Blades armor for SSE you should get if you use book of silence.
If you don't like the flesh spell visual effect you can look up the Cutting Room Floor Alteration Effect Fix to change it back. You should also get the SMIM ELFX performance patch as some areas get a MASSIVE fps hit when you have both on.
I see Landscape Overhaul HD. If you like it the mod author also made one for Dawnguard and Solstheim landscapes. Also I see a MLU version of a plugin but no Morrowloot Ultimate.
Lastly make sure to run the FNIS patcher to generate the patch files to ensure that TK Dodge works correctly and clean the Update, Dawnguard, Dragonborn, and Hearthfires ESM using XEdit.

I got ELFX because RLO was capping my FPS at 24 (and often dropping below that as well)
I exchanged my weather mod for TrueStorms which just enhances vanilla rain a bit afaik.
I'm not going to use ranged much, and if I did I would get the throwing daggers mod because that beats the shit out of archery.
And I'm not going to get any more combat mods, I rarely use followers and group combat can be incredibly difficult even with just Vigor.
