I just want MH:World to be a good port with good optimization and unfucked visuals, because right now the colors look washed out, a trend that has for some fucking dumb reason infested modern vidya. Get your shitty fucking fog out of my games, it's not realistic. Life is vibrant as fuck, it doesn't look like some kind of half-finished a millennium old damaged painting.
More games I'm interested in would be Ready or Not, Hell Let Loose and Escape from Tarkov. Hopefully they all get actually finished and keep their promise on being full-autism milsims. Also hoping that AC7 actually delivers

If Kadokawa Games isn't directly involved with the game the higher ups in that subsidiary pitch to the main branch to work closer with their partners for western releases. The only time their pitches don't work is when Bamco waves shows up with cash or if it's like Senko no Ronde 2 where G.rev told them they've already got a western publisher picked that would do it for cheap.
There's already stuff planned for the series 30th anniversary like a new board game and a blu ray release of the anime, so they're probably gonna do something with the games.

Not much, honestly. It's got the big three from the last Persona games - Hashino (director), Soejima (art) and Meguro (music) - it will allegedly be a big departure from the Persona games and a return to roots of Japanese fantasy RPGs. Last update I know of was in December, basically Hashino saying "ok, we kinda know what we're doing now". Hopefully it won't be another 'deep down'.

I don't have much hope for Smash. 4 was definitely rushed and the gameplay was pretty damn boring. The biggest thing I was hoping for was Smash Run and they made it so you couldn't even interact with others physically. There were barely any options for it too.

Deep Rock Galactic is a game I'm looking forward to being released. It's essentially a 4 player coop where you play as dwarves for a mining conglomerate (Deep Rock Galactic) and have to mine shit out while bugs try and nibble you. Think minecraft with an emphasis on the spelunking cross with a starship trooper's coop aesthetic. Four classes, with tf2 style hard differences. The driller doesn't play like the scout, which doesn't play like the gunner which doesn't play like the engineer.
I got it shat up in my steam recommendations list and against my better judgement, bought into it's early access form.
It is… far better than an alpha should be. It's actually playable, and it's fun. I've suffered released games with less fucking content. I was going to do a thread about it but didn't want to be called a shill.
