How badly they fucked up the models still pisses me off. They had amazing face rigs in place that just needed a few more tweeks and polish to finish up. They had a perfectly normal face when at rest that could actually do snarls, smiles and other emotes effectively. They gave the worgen a fucked up face and then did nothing to re-adjust the animations, resulting in fucked up animations that look horrid to this day with a few tiny bandaids to stop straight up holes from opening in the models.
Their reason for doing this was actually confirmed at blizzcon to be because of accusations of being furry. With a slide dedicated to a shitty censor bar joke over the 'old' models.
Blizzard made the character models unattractive on purpose, pretending that perverts didn't already beat off to tauren and feral druids. With the extra insult coming in the form of Pandas later, and apparently fox loli in the next expansion. Luckily at this point Blizzard is so bad at game design and balance that there isn't a single part of me that wants to play anything made by blizzard. They transformed on of my all time favorite lore settings into something so bad that I consider anyone who doesn't hate it to be not all that good a person.

I'd like to put this in about why Worgen ears are swooped back and not forward is actually intended.
Lore-wise the Worgen disease was caused by Night Elves because they worshiped a little too hard and ended up becoming worgens. The current afflicted have the swooped back ears as a remnant of the Night Elf affliction.
What makes me mad is that female afflicted are intentionally made to be "more attractive" with softer features, shorter ears, less exposed teeth, their idle stance. It doesn't match up. with the males. Why would the males be more beastly in every aspect? Why would a nation filled to the brim with dignified gentlemen just suddenly drop their manners and act like ferals?
They need to be evened out across the board. I'm not saying make them both super beasts, or super softened, but an even mix of the two.

professional working dog trainer here, they fucked that up. They were rewarding too early. On the failed attempts at the end of the video they should have switched to a lower value treat. After the third failure they should have taken a break from training, burned off some energy and attempted again. For this kind of canine with temperment similar to a breed like a saluki or other non-biddable sight hound you are really going to want to use a lot of natural training techniques- for example I see several times where the animal sat on the haunches naturally and they could have used to say 'sit, sit, sit' and reenforce without the treat distraction. By contrast they undo any natural training by actively rewarded twice on poor performance, in fact the poor performance that they reward gets more and more poor and by day 4 you see the result of that- failure. I can also see all the toys they have in that box, generally a bazillion toys like that as opposed to a couple clearly played with toys is a sign to me the owner has not yet found what their canine actually engages with. Usually I see that kind of over-buying as a sign they are guilty about not meeting the dog's needs in another way, almost always exercise, AND/OR as a huge red flag to me they are going to treat the canine as an accessory, status symbol or child and are not going to take the time to respect and learn the animal side of their dog. in fact they may even deny it's instincts and animal natures, which is always a disaster.
