I just checked. The model viewer patch was added in Japan in a patch and the English version came several months afterwords but did not include the patch. Any game can be modded to make the characters nude. For a game where the gameplay is part of the porn, a lot of factors must be considered. For example, many games lock the porn behind lose conditions, when it should be a win condition. But when it is behind a win condition, it is frequently only a cutscene. There are VNs and things approaching RPGs, but fewer action games that try to do this. I guess one thing that might work is perhaps a game where rape is the goal, that would need to play like a beat em up or fighting game, since then the porn would be part of the action and also given as a win condition.

But making it harder to do a fighting game or beat em up are the controls. Because let's be honest, you want them to be one handed. For a turn based RPG, ROBF and its sequels do it pretty well. The raping is the fighting. If you lose you get a fendom "cutscene", but otherwise you're scrweing your way to max level. It's a fun turn based RPG too, with lots of possible different builds.

I disagree. This is exactly what I want. Is it an extra level of challenge? Yes. But that's part of what makes it alluring, just like actual rape.

So here's my idea. There are side scrolling beat em up h-games. They have two main problems. The first is low res graphics. Make the graphics good enough that I can see all the goods.

The bigger problem is that all these games have the enemies raping you, so you have to fuck up to get the porn. What it should be is you rape the enemies into submission. They want to KO you, and you have a health bar. You can't KO them. Either they simply cannot be KOd, or you are punished for doing so. Instead they have an orgasm bar. But until you make them cum, they're still trying to KO you, so you can only get a move or two in on them at a time before they turn it around on you. And while you're not actively raising their orgasm bar, it is automatically draining at a rate that differs depending on the enemy and difficulty.

You need to have a variety of different moves. These include obvious things like different grabs for different sexual positions, but also different variations on each of these grabs. Actually, since they're such an integral part of the game, I'd think of them more like stances. The enemy can still fight back at this time, to make sure it isn't simply a cutscene, but you can counter their fighting back and do additional moves. You can try to 69 the enemy, but while that's happening, she can try to grab your head with her thighs and pull off some wrestling moves, but you can counter with a kancho to put her into a brief stunned state.

In addition to these sex moves, there might also be regular combat moves. The enemy can have a health bar as well as an orgasm bar, and an enemy with a lower health bar experiences lower stats and can't fight back as well. But either they can't actually be KOd, and your attacks get diminishing returns, or you can knock them out, but are punished in some way. Perhaps you can't fuck them anymore and miss out on points and other rewards, or you can fuck them but don't get as much. Or maybe you're a rapist with a code of honor and lose reputation points if you actually knock anyone out.

Actually, the most intriguing idea is if after making the enemies cum, they briefly become an ally and fight on your side until they are killed by another enemy. Not only do they help distract the enemies, but you can get extra points or benefits for doing combos with your teammate. For example, doing a double grab so you fuck from behind while your ally grabs the enemy's head and forces her to eat her pussy. Perhaps things like this increase your ally's health or something, and getting your ally to orgasm a second time can make it enter some sort of powered up state. But the main point is that making them into allies gives you a good reason to not KO them, and to even try to defeat them with as much HP as possible. I don't know if it's better to have each ally have a different personality, and thus fighting style, or if you can command them to have different styles. Like you can command them to just do more HP draining moves, but then you might kill more potential allies. Or you can command them to do more Orgasm-enticing moves, but this leaves them more vulnerable and likely to get KOd.

Now as for the one handed part, lets say you're playing with a Dualshock 4, since that gives you the most inputs that you can reach with one hand. Four face buttons, one shoulder button and one trigger, one joystick, the joystick can be pressed, the Select (Options) button, the left side of the touchpad, the left side of the touchpad can be pressed as a button, and there are motion controls. The joystick should be used for movement, since it can be pressed for a button without lifting your thumb. The shoulder button and trigger should be the primary attack buttons along with the joystick button. Three buttons might not seem like a lot, but I grew up being Player 2 and having to play fighting games with the three button Genesis controller, so I think you can manage if you use button combos effectively. In addition, the Select (Options) button can be pause, the d-pad can be used to shift stances or maybe command your allies, and the motion controls can be used for some nuance, like maybe shaking the controller while doing a move can affect its strength, or you can move the controller in a certain direction as you attack to affect where the attack lands. The touchpad… idk, it can be used for rubbing. Obviously there would be many rubbing moves in this game. And you can click it to poke/apply pressure/finger.

I'd also be interested in doing a variation of this game with a female protagonist. Slight tweaks would be required, though. Maybe that would be in the sequel. But then she can be lesbian or at least bi. Makes it hotter. But pretending that getting sex is a challenge for a girl is also more difficult.

To better clarify it, if you run out of your magic health, something that you normally don't want, you're rendered defenseless and can now lose your "semen"(armor) and actual health, if you get raped you lose your semen bar, and if you get raped without semen you lose health, then you get a gameover.
