I think it's pretty doubtful. There's already a fairly strong porn game community and none of them are putting their games through the ESRB for ratings. Hatred never officially got rated or something it was the whole reason why it was refused at first then put back up. San Andreas was rated Ao then Rockstar removed all of the hot coffee files to bump it back down. Considering Steam's San Andreas is removing music from it I doubt it is still the Ao version. Manhunt 2, not 1, was rated Ao then censored I don't know which version is on Steam maybe I'm wrong. I'm getting this from when Hatred was original refused from greenlight and the stated reason was Ao is not allowed on Steam. Same with all the porn on Steam they're all SFW version that have to be patched to be porn, this is because steam does not allow it technically.
