just got done watching yu-gi-oh dm and gx, too bored to start 5D's now especially since judai was an extremely asexual faggot (that friendzone scene with asuka hory shet) and his sidekicks were absolute ultra cancer.

What's the next best long-running anime series? I was thinking one piece, detective conan or shin-chan. Please recommend me what you liked most and why. preferably it has some romantic or sexual tension among any of the characters

not posting this on /a/ because it's cancer and I'm not part of that community nor ever want to be

Might as well be, the thread is bumplocked so it's destined for death anyways.

I can't honestly recommend any long running series. Go for something short and sweet, good story packed into some thirty episodes or less. That's typically the duration of "empire building" series, in the sense of MC or related people spending their time building organizations for one purpose or another, (and they don't tend to favor the MC just because he's MC, at least not the ones I watch) rather than the very predictable long running series (will the MC ever lose in those? Nah, not for long at least.)

I would recommend watching Yu-Yu-Hakusho if you haven't though, great long running shonen.
