they almost always leave meta threads up. Only time they don't is when there's more than 1 in the catalog. They are also bumplocked immediately unless its taken from them, so maybe it fell off the catalog. They fall off pretty fast.

You don't have to lie. There's a Talos Principle thread whose last bump was around midnight, and it's still on page 13. Besides that, there's no reason to manually delete a bumplocked thread that low in the first place, it will be gone automatically in a matter of hours.
