>How's the gameplay compared to it's two previous games?
Can't really be compared to Metal Gear itself since Survive is its own thing, but the gameplay is alright. It will get repetitive.
>Is tower defense all there is to it?
They recently added a Rescue game mode where you call in Charon Corps bodies, they're really fucking heavy and bring you to a slow walk so you have to defend the carrier(s) while others fight off the endless trickle of wanderers. So that things dont end when you get swamped, when the Charon Corps loses 1 box of health he floats in the air with fulton for a bit so everyone can clean up.
>Is the single player worth shit?
You can't play multiplayer without the things you get from single player or the story, and you need to be lv20 minimum to search for an Easy game. Also equipment unlocks are obtained by opening containers scattered throughout the 2 maps. Good luck finding all of them.
>Is it worth a pirate?
Still hasn't been cracked yet.
>Is the performance good or bad?
Was performance in Phantom Pain good or bad? There you go.
>Is the music good or bad?
It's meh, and worse of all you can't turn it off or down. They didn't even add volume sliders. There's a mod to remove the music, but I can't play the game with mods, it crashes on startup every time.
>Are the guns and enemies satisfying to use and kill?
I can say that using all the melee weapons, except the heavy melee, is satisfying. The shotguns are good.
>Is CQC in the game or has it been completely replaced by melee weapons?
Yes, there's still sprint punching and skills that involve a "CQC Counter" where you left click without a weapon ready at the right moment of an enemy's attack. It doesn't kill but it gives you some room and it's actually fairly easy to do.
>Are melee weapons trash or good in terms of fun?
Two-Handed weapons have been the most fun for me to use, namely the Shock Bat. One-handed weapons have the same reach as it, are faster but just don't carry the same force or satisfaction. Spears are spears but any attack other than its basic is nice. Heavy weapons are too sluggish for conventional use but will have the most satisfaction on successful hit and enemy staggering rate.
>Are the female models hot?
Was Quiet hot to you?
Game barely passes the good game test, it just doesn't have enough content to keep people interested. Who would want to log in every day just to do the same things over and over again?
Not covered by anon's questions:
The biggest time-waster would be multiplayer matchmaking, it takes more time to find people now that the peak player count is in the hundreds range. Unless Konami drops the price, continues updating it adding new game modes and features, or has a sale, this game won't last long.
