What's going on?
Ouroboros Division will be hosting a session of Liberation: 1944, an Arma 3 modification where players take on the role of Allied ground forces during the Normandy landings. We've been gone a while, but we're glad to be back and want to throw ourselves at a new mission. Just so things don't get stale, the mission will only be running for a limited time this weekend; once the server goes down, we'll start setting up for something else.

Battleye is disabled but the server will be verifying signatures; modified game folders and mods loaded other than those listed may cause you to be kicked from the server. You will need a legitimate, licensed copy of ARMA 3 to participate in this event.
We are scheduled to land this Friday at 7:00 PM EDT, and the mission will be conducted until we accomplish our objectives or the clock strikes 12:00 AM on Monday. See you on the beaches, soldier.

Wermacht weekends aren't off the table, it just isn't the focus of this night. Playing as OPFOR and Axis will probably be done on an alternating basis so people don't get bored with playing one side or the other.

This isn't a personal thing, y'know. The game night is hosted on a GNU/Linux dedicated server using the native arma3server. The server simply doesn't have the capability to support pirate clients.

This week's unofficial gamenight will not be ARMA 3 but Lawbreakers instead. Why? Cause we felt like it and Lawbreakers is a great game. We have also replaced all unofficial game nights with Lawbreakers until further notice.
What game are we playing?
Lawbreakers. If you need this shit explained to you then you need to sit down and watch some CliffyB interviews.

Crossplay is not available, but we expect that this gamenight will be popular enough that both platforms will have a pretty good population.
Why is there no pirate link?
There is no crack or pirate server available. But even if there was we would still be playing on the legit servers to support the game.

Just post your steam ID or PS4 gamertag in the thread. I'm sure someone will be generous enough to gift it to you, after all we all want to have as much fun playing Lawbreakers as possible.

How do I play?
Launch the game from steam.
What gamemodes are there?
Overcharge where you have to fight over a battery and keep it in your base until it reaches 100% charge. The battery keeps its charge so it's possible to steal it at 99% and cuck the other team majorly.
Uplink is pretty much the same thing as Overcharge except the progress is linked to the team not the object so cucking isn't possible.
Occupy is like King of the Hill with a zone that occasionally moves around.
Turf War is like King of the Hill but with 3 zones. Capturing a zone will get you one point and remove the zone. Once all 3 zones are captured they are reset. This continues until the score limit.
Blitzball has nothing to do with that shitty Final Fantasy minigame. You have to capture a ball and bring it back to your base. The ball will explode if it's held for too long.
Server?
Lawbreakers currently does not have a server browser or private game feature. Just enter the queue normally. Due to the low amount of players we are probably all going to be matched together.

Right, preparation for the next mission is going to take longer than expected. It's up to the people who played tonight to pick between two choices, whichever is preferable:
1. Try again next Friday. More testing will be done on the mission to ensure it is working before the next deployment.
2. Try again Saturday night. I can get the mission online and ready to go, but safety is not guaranteed if I go ahead and rush to try out a new mission.
Either way, the next mission in the rotation is a Werchmacht Liberation map. I think certain things that Liberation: 1944 is doing resulted in an unplayable situation for us. Hopefully a more standard Liberation map will work as intended.
