He's done this to SlimeTales before, and he also destroyed some servers prior to that. I cannot keep track of his bad decisions and don't care to try. Never play a server that has Suho as a staff member. No competent dev would work with him.

No. It'll be shit and I wont join you. I already played on Slimetales the first time it rolled around, and the issues with moderation as well as the regular server wipe makes it a shit server.
That aside, what the fuck are they trying to achieve? There are already various pre-bb private servers. If they want to have long-term success, they have to flat out beat the competition. They can't do that by just releasing a dead server that also has post-bb content. They have to actually make Maplestory a better game.
Not only that, some of the solutions to that end are absolutely retarded. Although they haven't decided what to do about the VP system, stating that they don't care about the GTOP ranking, which is obviously one of their bigger sources of fresh blood, is questionable at best, early indicator of suicide at worst.

I understand your point, but MapleStory grinding is easy enough that, if you have something you want to watch, you can give it quite a bit of attention and still be able to grind simultaneously. I don't really play unless I happen to want to watch something, which isn't that often. I usually log on every couple of weeks. It's a good time now that vidya has pretty much been relegated to nostalgia for me.

Big Bang was an update (somewhere near v93 I think) that overhauled the whole game and made huge changes to how it was played. So every server is either a BB server or a pre-BB server. Most people have a strong preference because they're so different.
