By Earth cameos, I mean games that are definitely NOT set on earth mentioning the pale blue dot. Sci-fi games set in deep space that talk about the human homeworld or games with hidden (or not so hidden) post-apocalyptic settings would both count.

I'll start with an example that's not one of the usual suspects. In Dungeon Fighter Online's lore, Earth was blown up a long time ago and New York City started floating through space. Eventually it became known as Pandemonium, a place where absurdly powerful magical beings hang out and beat the shit out of each other. So powerful, in fact, that for the longest time it was only featured in lore and it was only after a whole decade of MMO power creep that players could actually visit Pandemonium.

The Xenoblade games all mention Earth in some way. Earth is always put in a random spot in each Spore universe.

Only game I can think of is A Hat in Time. I believe Hat Kid is supposed to be an earthling trying to get to earth, but for some reason the lore denies Earth exists.

Homeworld. Hiigara is Earth, the titular home world.

Kirby 64 has a frozen Earth, devoid of humans excluding Adeleine

Almost every Phantasy Star subseries features Earth or implies Earth's existence in someway. The Eartmen were the secret antagonists in Phantasy Star II, Ragol from PSO is implied to be Earth, and Earth appears in Episode IV for PSO2.

It's not. Homeworld is set in the Wirlpool Galaxy.

Well that's either blatantly false or a gigantic spoiler.

Actually in Spore, the location is fixed. It's always in the same spot, where it would be in our galaxy. I remember being able to locate it based on which of the shortest tails of the galaxy spin it was.

Don't you blow up alternate reality Earth in Star Ocean 4?
