It's what you get when you have a game coded by actual coders, not feminazis and pajeets who know shit about programming and optimization.

It's not optimized, it's merely tolerable on modern hardware. Every time I got into car combat on my low-end PC (the only good part of the game) the entire game started stuttering because my CPU was maxed out from the physics calculations. It didn't matter if I cranked the graphics way down, the graphics weren't the problem. That's the exact opposite of good optimization. A game that's efficient doesn't put that much load on the CPU.

I bought it for $3 and I can tell you its not worth it. Just a cash in on the name while it was still relevant and now everyone has forgotten about the last movie.

The graphics are not actually that good. Textures are relatively low quality and many assets are reused aswell as most areas I saw were either closed in caves or such or wide open areas with nothing really in it. It runs well for some people because theres like nothing going on and even in action sequences theres not many enemies or enemies doing much at a singular moment.

The only thing impressive about this game is how they fucked up a Mad Max game.

Listen here retard, 64-bit programs do not require double the ram a 32-bit program does because stuff like pointers occupying more space it's because coders don't have to work around the limitations of 32-bit architecture anymore since they don't have to they simply don't do it anymore so the code ends up sloppy. In fact the new Enhanced Edition of Skyrim is a perfect example of this since it's increased file size is because of the engine, if it really was just skyrim in full and it magically needed double it's size it would minimum need only just slightly above 4GB of ram. It's because all the tricks to make things work in a small memory size simply isn't being done anymore.

Things that were standard at it's release it simply was incapable of doing or was never even put in. And yet you can run it with 2GB of ram, not the max full 4GB of ram, just 2Gb of ram.

The RX 460 is comparable to the minimum required GPU for that game. It will run at 30 fps 1080p or 60 fps 900p on high details. The game runs at 30fps 1080p on both xbone and ps4.

Outside of the ps4 pro and xbone x, games will run anywhere between 560p and 1080p. The GPUs in the older machines are only comparable to the later AMD APUs.

Find settings that mimic console versions. This optimization you speak of is mostly lowering settings until it runs at 30fps. Titles like DOOM had to utilize techniques like dynamic resolution scaling that would lower the resolution to maintain fps. It goes as low as it needs to.

Has there been a decent Mad Max equivalent game? All I can think of is Oultander and Mad Max for NES. Wouldn't say either were particularly decent. Borderlands had even worse combat than the faggots here that can't understand basic rhythm and think they are some expert on melee.
