A Japanese studio makes a Japanese game for Japanese audiences, despite not being the intended audience they scream bloody murder and demand it adhere to their own standards… Even if they may not play the game or be a long term supporter of the series.
I don't go demand Briana Wu's game meet my own agenda because i'm not the target audience, I respect that this media is intended for people with tastes that do not align with my own and I leave it be.
I don't go demand that Laura Croft be turned into a guy and the next Tomb Raider star a cast of white males because I respect the artistic vision and history of the series. I have no right to demand that existing series radically change to meet my own standards, even less so if I don't play that series in question.
Rather than create their own games, prove there's a target audience for women and feminists in gaming they leech onto the industry and demand it radically alter its agendas to suit their own needs.
