Octave has always been a buggy piece of shit for me. That and the elementwise operator syntax was a pain in the ass, last I looked you had to put a . in front of all your operators for it to work, whereas in matlab it just worked for whatever reason.

Had a weird dream last night where I was living in some 1984 tier world with some death race through a forest. Was watching it with morgan freeman on the tv but the tv had a big target reticle on it pointing at his face with the words "Are you the only one watching? Be sure." around it. The hover cart things ripped by the cabin we were in over a stream and it was a bit ambiguous about someone's heart stopping near the end of the race because Freeman was too old to get out of his chair and the racers were really roided up. When I went back inside Freeman was asleep so maybe he was dead. Deathgrips was also playing during the final stages of the race.
I have no idea what was going on but it was pretty neat. Glad I could wake up from it though.

Fresh ingredients are key, being off season, it's a bit of a specialty. Usually one layer tomata, usual herbs, mozzarella, and then another layer of that. If you make your own pie dough it's even more stunning. I really hate store pie shells, some of the roll out ones are kind of acceptable but doughtism is its own thing. Yeah the evolving relationship between Londo and G'kar is a real high point of the series. Honestly i think the main draw for B5 is that a lot of it's characters are very well written and fleshed out and as time goes on you can see how events shape and change them. It's also one of the few shows i've watched that handles time travel well and doesn't make a mess of things with it. I highly recommend it to any anons that haven't watched it yet.

I'm pretty excited to try it. I also got Mr. Shifty and was able to run it. They seem similar on the surface but Mr. Shifty introduces its core mechanics, which are neat. It has some neat death trap escapes with those mechanics. But they don't do much with it regarding combat, so it's kind of boring. He'd gotten so old, his back legs/lower back/spine were in constant pain. Walking around the house too much would make him cry and meow in pain, quite loudly.
The pain was so much so he couldn't even make the 3 inch step into his litter box, so he would always piss and shit in a corner. When all this was happening we knew his time was up, and it was clear he was suffering far more than he should. The night before my folks took him in to be put down, he crawled into bed with me and curled up right against my chest. I think he knew his time was almost up. I put an arm around him and listened to him purr, told him goodbye, and I eventually drifted to sleep. Sure enough, when I woke up, he was gone.
I'm getting bleary eyed just thinking about it all again. It's been almost a year since we put him down now I believe.
Pics-related, he was a good boy. He loved to cuddle but wouldn't fight you for your attention either most of the time. He was super chill. If you sat somewhere he'd go out of his way to come get into your lap and stay there for just about however long you did. If you were sick, he'd be right there in the bed with you too. I still miss him, but I know he's not suffering anymore and that he loved my family and I.
We've since gotten a new cat, she's a typical cat; kinda cunty but also affectionate and goofy when she wants to be, and has a few quirks of her own.
She's all-right, but god knows i miss my buddy. She HAS taken to me more than the rest of the family however.

Yeah, my buddy was going to the bathroom in corners, too. Or wherever he was at the time. He fried a power bar while I was at work one day by peeing on it and there were burn marks all over the carpet by it when I got back. That's a lot of why I had to do it. I can't watch him all day to make sure he doesn't burn the house down. I might get a new cat eventually. RIght now I'm just collecting the things of his I might want to keep to remember him, and I guess my grandma can have the rest. She's getting kittens soon.

I was there and I called my brother first so he could come too. The cat was mine but he loved him too. I wish I'd pet him while they were shaving a spot for the needle and all that but I thought I'd be in the way. So he was just looking at me, with a look that kind of said "Please help me I am scared". And I didn't help him. I let him die and I'm never going to hug him again or rest my head on his side and listen to him purr.

4.1 is fucking great. It's a little less cheesy than 2017, your missiles don't all target a single enemy and turret placement is animated so you don't toss them like playing cards. But holy shit the Air Raider is fucking great. The thing I miss in 4.1, though, is having vehicles pre-spawned on maps, I think that only happens once in the whole game. That and I get the feeling that the soldiers are a lot more inconsequential and die much easier.
I'll go ahead and throw the game on volafile some time today, it plays in the steam emulator. Online works, too.
