I actually kind of want this.

t. Tri/fu player. Not played the other 3rd gen games other than portable 3rd on emulator.

Discuss what you think about the game- compare and contrast good features vs. fuckups, etc. I heard on the grapevine that no lootboxes was promised but don't have any proofs. Don't want to be a total buyfag but I'm starting to be convinced that this could be worth it on pc IF they don't screw it up. The one good thing about a later PC date is we can observe it through it's console release to see how it goes, and whether it goes into the trashcan or not.

Been playing since FU, I'm really excited for it. There's lots of nitpicking going on but a lot of the changes I actually welcome and it looks like an honest, big budget game, which there really aren't enough of. Most of all I'm just glad it's finally returning to home consoles.

I ordered a ps4 pro just to play this shit

So far I've killed all bosses in the beta in multiplayer (the hardest way) and tested most of the weapons

My one complaint is how some of the weapons are really anime now, but it's not a big issue considering its not as bad as Generations still

I also want to see more aggressive monsters, can't wait for high rank

Do you guys think capcom will release g rank as another game or as a dlc?

I recently helped a dude kill a G-rank diablos in 4u and from personal experince, the diablos from world felt both more natural and more aggressive.

People say the game got casualized and that its way easier but monsters back in 4u were easy to absolutely meme on as long as you had a good team, fights would be done in about 3 to 4 minutes sometimes, the g-rank diablos only took 5 and that was with me and ONE other dude. Of course the demo version was harder to kill because we were under geared but the diablos felt faster and less robotic than the 4u version, which is a good thing, even for low rank in that game. The MH devs worked hard on the new ai for monsters by making them act less stiff and jerky more like ferocious animals, and that gave me a raging nature boner.
