Don't forget that the forums got hacked while the game was offline. (Or was the game taken offline shortly after the leak?) Once people started using the leaked forum accounts to shitpost the forum was then shut down. (Initially they just deleted the staff accounts and called it a day.) At this point everything was down with no information on their main webpage. People tried to ask questions on Discord which Suho locked down (because everyone was understandably pissed) so only supportive players could post. Once the forums were back online you needed a mod approval before you could post, and this didn't even work for most people.
On top of that, their fucking web developer had a game account hacked (because the guy preaching password security apparently was using the same information as his leaked forum account) resulting in godly items getting leaked to random players. (And then Suho mentioned banning the players who picked up said items instead of just deleting them.)
How this server has any players left is beyond me. Even with the Discord locked down as it is the remaining players are getting pissed. I can't imagine how much worse it would be if Suho re-opened the floodgates.

Are you referring to BlackGoku? He deleted the character on his own after rage-quitting because of the issues listed above, and maybe partially because of the whole zakum guild getting banned without any evidence of doing anything wrong.
