The closest you'll get to nazi story modes are Silent Storm and CoH: Opposing Forces. There was also some other game where you play as a nazi in the beginning or prior to gameplay but then you're chosen for an experiment against your will and you end up fighting your former comrades.

There is a moonman mod for Skullshit which lets you play as 3 different German character. Even though doom isn't necessarily about fighting ebul NS Germany but given there is a quite a few Wolfenstein mods for it already well it is something. There is one for Starbound too but nobody maintains it anymore. If I recall it correctly CoD 1 or 2 had a mod with Germany campaign but I don't know if its finished or not.

You can try the modern "remake" called Panzer Corps. Most of the focus is on the Germans, and depending on your general competence and speed you can eventually invade the US as the Germans. Alternatively, if you play as the Afrika Korps you can invade India.

I know OP is asking for a campaign, and while Steel Division 1944 does have one, the multiplayer is way more fun. My friends and I have roughly an 80% winrate and we mostly play Axis. I just wish the game had more players. It's honestly better than Wargame.

Try out the Silent Hunter series. It's a sub sim where you're a U-Boat captain. Third one is generally considered to be the best. They're pretty good with the exception of Silent Hunter 5. I haven't played the fourth game, but it has both an American and German campaign.

Almost all burgers captured by le ebil nazis survived their imprisonment.
