Skyrim is an objective decline with regards to the amount of RPG mechanics in the Elder Scrolls series. Therefore, since many modders cannot maintain an interest in it beyond the base game, the amount of overhauls and additions to the Dragonborn expansion are minuscule.

No matter the amount of modding, Skyrim is fundamentally broken. It will never be good, and the engine is so crappy one cannot even properly fap to the shitty porn-mods.
