I feel obligated to warn you; if you're looking for the sick fighting, shy away from some of the newer ones. Toei has gotten complaints about all the violence over the years from mothers and has been steadily toning it down bit by bit. The newest Precure are super children friendly.
The older you go in the series, however, the more fighting and violence you get. I recommend starting on Heartcatch Precure (if you don't do it properly and start at the beginning, as is proper). That particular Precure had almost a perfect blend of little girl stuff, fighting, and was otherwise just generally a super solid title with good writing.

That, and the absurdist humor of the series fits a fighting game well I think– over the top action and setpieces would work well for the art style and characters. It could even be justified in-universe as there being some sort of competition to see who can marry Nozomu Itoshiki, and the fights are a part of that competition.

I haven't done a ton of theorycrafting, but of course they'd have your standard suite of fighting game attacks: punches, kicks, slaps, chops, slides. etc. Their special moves and supers would pertain to things they're iconic for in the anime, or super powerful abilities they have (i.e. Chiri opens her third eye and shoots a beam out). More specifically, Chiri would use her shovel for disjoint attacks, Otonashi woud have a lot of ranged attacks with texting, Komori would be shorter than everyone else since she's always crouched and veiled in a blanket. Not sure on all the specifics, but with some thought I think it could work.

It's been a long while since I watched the first, but I think the 2nd is overall inferior. The episodes don't hit as hard, and there's a stronger focus on side characters. Not as much philosophy either. It's still good though, and it looks a million times better because of the budget. The OP is super demon turbo miracle wonderful gorgeous.
