Those are starting bonuses, not things impossible or difficult to acquire yourself.
The rarest thing they get is the SV98 which is currently a piece of utter trash and only good for selling.
The stash size is the only good thing they get, and even this will be irrelevant with the next December update where everyone will be able to increase the size of his stash.
400K rubles are piss-easy to get with 3-4 SCAV runs and the rest of the extra gear they get will be lost because new players get roflstomped within 5 minutes of their first match.
So other than the soon-to-be-irrelevant stash size, they get absolutely no other interesting bonus.

Even the standard edition gets weapons. 3 pistols (Either a Grach or a P226 which are both good), 3 Makarovs (Good for low-risk high reward runs, also hits hard) and a 100% condition AK-74U with 2 magazines loaded in armor piercing ammo.
So the Standard Edition player has the very same fighting capabilities as anyone else. The other weapons the other editions get can be bought immediately from the traders at a cheap price. The AK74N is piss cheap and the MP5 is a piece of trash that gets BTFO by the AK74U on all ranges. The one and only rare weapon you get for the most expensive edition is the SV98 - which however doesn't come with a scope, only has 10 rounds and it's currently a piece of trash weapon. You clearly show that you never played the game or know nothing about it. You're not the fucking terminator if you spend more money on the game.

Even with all the issues BF1 have it has some serious hunporn gunporn. Dice went to some lengths to accurately reproduse the WW1 guns and the way soldiers actually handled them. For example - double cocking of Lebel 1886 or holding the last cartridge on the stripper clip when reloading the M1891. Shit, the game even has the unique as fuck weapons such as Hellriegel 1915 (obscure as fuck prototype that nobody heard of), Sjögren Inertial (one of if not the first fully automatic shotguns), Borchard C93 (first mass-produced automatic pistol), Mars Automatic (basically 'turn of the century Deagle'), etc.
